Railroad operations,
stewarded and scored
The tonnage is real even when the ballast isn't.
FGN hosts the servers, puts a human dispatcher on the desk and keeps one ledger for every railroader. Work is verified by a steward before it counts, then rolled into an Ops rating and a Safety rating you carry across every format.

Supported simulators
Three tiers, one ledger
Run 8 Train Simulator V3 is the core sim: FGN hosts the servers, a human dispatcher works the desk and the sim writes its own statistics file. Railroader is the on ramp and Open Rails is the free tier, both scored from evidence. Dovetail titles are excluded from the workforce track.
Ops rating
0–2000
Elo style, seeded at 1000. Moves on verified head to head and series results only.
Safety rating
0–100
Rolling twenty session window. Each session starts at 100, loses weighted points for FRA human factor incidents, and is capped at 40 on any critical incident.
Gates
80 / 70
Engineer work orders require a Safety rating of 80. Series entry requires 70.
